Short version: what you type into a bill of sale stays on your device.

Your draft

The generators save your current draft (names, addresses, item details) in your browser's localStorage, so a refresh or a closed tab doesn't lose your work. It is never sent to our server. Clear it any time:

The AI clause helper

If you use "Help me word a special term", the short description you type (up to 500 characters), the item type and the state are sent to our server and on to an AI model through Vercel AI Gateway to draft the clause. Names, addresses and other form fields are not sent. We don't store the text. Don't include personal details in that box.

Photo autofill

If you use "Fill from a photo of the title or registration", the photo is shrunk in your browser and sent to our server, then to an AI vision model through Vercel AI Gateway, which reads the fields back. We don't store the photo or the result; the fields go straight into your form. Cover any details you don't want read.

Analytics

We use Ahrefs Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without identifying you.
